By installing, accessing, or using the Logo Remover Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Logo Remover is a Chrome browser extension that provides watermark removal from Gemini AI-generated images, including but not limited to:

  • Lossless watermark removal using Reverse Alpha Blending
  • APR calculation and signal ranking for prediction market positions
  • Whale activity detection and tracking across markets
  • Configurable alerts and deep scan across 500+ markets

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited to 5 visible signals per scan, 60-second refresh interval, precise APR display.
  • Premium Tier: Unlimited signals, 5-second refresh, precise metrics, whale filter, sound alerts, 500+ market deep scan — available through Monthly ($12.99/month), Annual ($129/year), or Lifetime ($89 one-time) plans.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service for Gemini
  • Not use the Service for market manipulation, fraud, or any malicious activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or technical restrictions
  • Understand that trading on AI-generated images carries inherent financial risk and that Logo Remover does not provide investment advice
  • Accept full responsibility for any trading decisions and financial outcomes arising from the use of the Service

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service processes publicly available market data from Gemini to detect arbitrage signals. We do not:

  • Store your Google account credentials
  • Upload your images to external servers
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for premium subscription management
  • Share any of your data with third parties

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or changes to Gemini watermark format
  • That the use of the Service will not result in any action from Google
  • Any specific profit, return, or financial outcome from using detected signals

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, funds, or business interruption
  • Actions taken by Google or other platforms based on your use of the Service
  • Financial losses resulting from trading decisions made using the Service

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
